The best could have been Ohma Zi-O, but we had to settle for the Time-jackers, easily the worst in the franchise.

I guess the best for me are the Greeed, like as a whole. I can't really pick one out one of them specifically since it's their story as a group and the way the bounce off and conflict with each other that makes me like them so much. Pour one out for Ankh's evil left side that took on a mind of it's own, who was pretty cool yet I doubt most people think about him much if at all.
