It did fail worse than Ninninger sales wise and the writing went nowhere. But the gimmick was fun and worthwhile. I feel like the shows poor writing and indecisiveness on what it wanted to be killed any interest ppl had, ultimately killing the toys, which were pretty good, although that final combination was hot garbage with its connection points and design.
I feel that just like how saban made Ninningers footage a success as Ninja Steel, Hasbro could have luck doing the same with LuPat. They did great with beast morphers and improved the megazord proportions, durability at connection points, and stability to a degree. Maybe they could fix Good Cool Kaiser and gives us an even better Kyurenoh, their iteration of Teramigo is shaping up to be a good indicator of hasbro's capabilities.
