I'll admit that I haven't tried nearly enough tofu to dismiss it. Maybe Kabuto'll give me a taste for it? I have been taking in a lot more dairy after Blade, so it's possible!

It's an intriguing first episode, that's for sure. It's like the inverse of Hibiki's premiere, for me. That one was all atmosphere and supporting cast and emotion, while this one is all world-building and a complex Rider and action. A real change-up from the last show.

Yeah, Hibiki... complicated feelings on that one! Not my favorite show by a long shot, but that kid! Really loved that kid's story. Hoping there'll be someone in this show I'll root for as much as I rooted for Asumu.
