About zenkaiger, its more than likely that it will be another gokaiger situation with the legacy based powers. Bandai has shown a love for rail based encoding on their collectible gimmicks as well as going overboard in legacy seasons. It's more than likely a keybased gimmick, (not literal keys since gokaiger did those) like what they had for marvel disc wars and yokai watch. Something like those could easily fit in a morpher as well as be cheap and easy to produce for gashapon and candy toy, as well as stand apart from the gimmick items of previous installments.

With the mecha i highly doubt a splitting gimmick with the machines. Bandai always spends more, and produces more merchandise during anniversary seasons. That principle coupled with the recent trend of cost cutting and lower parts count with their sentai products, it would require a lot more plastic to engineer a combining mecha that homage 5 distinct series and then also have a splitting feature. With the amount of paint on each vehicle to the stability of the mecha when splitting it, it would cause issues with the mechas structural stability and cut into profit.

Maybe they do something crazy like that, it would be pricey and the engineering would have to be done a specific way, but it may help boost sentais' stagnating sales and reignite interest in the brand. But who knows. Just my two cents.

But toqger I think it will adapt in a mini series like kakuranger also had chracter arcs, different forms mecha, they skipped some of that to make mini series since trains r not that popular in US like they showed ninja to aliens, they might shows trains to something else, lupat considering it will be perfect for 2025 may have cross over with SPD
Production crew had many options to adapt which sentai they might finalize easily half year for one sentai another half for another sentai as far as kyuranger is concerned it had not done well because only few kyuranger got chracter development and back story in kyuranger imo they could make all rangers robots and aliens not humans they will need only voice actors with all having same backstory back story

Zenkaiger having gimmicks like gokaiger and also they have for mecha separately like ranger keys they put in mobirates to transform and in mecha coxkpit they have some key holes where they put a key to transform the gattai, though i think they might have separate this time one type of collectibles with morphers and another type with mecha
