No there are 3 seperate movies I can say from the picture, if it is a Kiramager and Ryusoulger crossover film the two logos will be in one place showing VS in the centre, but these are seperate logos.

It should be a crossover film, maybe they are making a new film of Ryusoulger, just like Kiramager already got a Episode Zero film and still getting a new film.
