Since such things don't seem to be the norm, I feel the urge to speculate off hand here:

* It could be a rogue Ultra who became an intergalactic gunman; a Western-ish type who will either help those on his own terms or when someone has something to offer in return. A precipitating incident may set him back on the path to rejoining the Land of Light by helping Earth, however. I could also shorten this as more in the vein of "Ultraman-Meets-Mandalorian"! *
