It probably is 12 reissues. Remember they were also going to count a 7-12th most votes when the polls were still up. So, that's approximately one SHF reissue per month.

Speaking of reissues, if this goes really well, they should honestly make this a yearly thing or something. Maybe include the Seihous into the polls as well.

Also, kind of strange they haven't announced any Saber SHFs in a while. Was expecting Buster to be teased or announced last week.
