I'm not surprised at all about MCH being confirmed for release and in relative time going off current release schedules. They always at least do the Super forms of riders. It like you said the release schedule and choice of releases is a head scratcher when it comes to characters and forms.

Ex-Aid was definitely fairly popular, which is why it got so many SHFs -- even Lazer Level 3 near the end of the line, long after it had been relevant. Muteki it seems was so late just because... well, I'm guessing they now like saving final forms till the end of the line! It's the only way I can make sense of this.

I'm not surprised MCH is happening - every main suit happens eventually - I'm just surprised it's happening now. Compare to Build and Zi-O where we got most in-series upgrades of the other Riders before finally getting around to RabbitRabbit and Trinity; possibly so they could sell the main Rider later in the line before the Final Form would finish said lines off. In comparison, every single one of Zero-One's main forms aside from Hell and 02 are out before we've even gotten an Ark or half of Vulcan's forms! I guess they're trying out different strategies.
