You have my sympathies. It's strange to me that these companies don't seem to understand how important it is to just communicate.

I was in the dark about an order from nin-nin-game that supposedly had been released for 2 months already. I emailed customer service to no avail.

Only when I escalated through a PayPal claim did they do something. And at no point did they message me directly. They just gave me a fake tracking number and had me wait even longer. If they just told me the situation (whatever it was) I would have been completely understanding. I was just coming up on the expiration date for paypal disputes and didn't want to be out of that money.
