At this point it's kind of frustrating having put a downpayment on an item I was told I'd get like almost two months ago now.

I was given an invoice for the rest of my Ixa at the end of December. Not a word since. They shipped my Black Hole skirt RIGHT before they closed for a week. I don't understand why they couldn't have shipped my Ixa along with it.
