Oh, for sure, the old SeraMyu musicals have featured actors from Toei tokusatsu shows from time to time, you'd probably recognise them better than I would as I tend to watch these musicals just because I like musicals, and this combination of Nogizaka46 and Sailor Moon was a winning combination for me!

I'm generally a fan of the stage-shows of anything to be honest. I'll even watch stage performances of Rider and sentai shows that I'm not keen on the source material for, simply because these performances are always really fun. In this case however, yeah, I just like Sailor Moon basically.
