I mean, it's possible, but that sort of lapse in coverage has never been shown before. Reina knew everything about Reina's life. Kagami's brother was able to fool Kagami. Every Worm duplicate on the show has been able to perfectly impersonate the original. The idea that Tsurugi is a faulty copy... seeing how Jiiya treats him, I'd definitely put my money on Jiiya Coddled That Boy.
