Found the Battle Attackers at one of my Walmarts. Got the one with Red.

The monster, Doomsnake, is a plastic brick and can only move its arms.

Red has better range of movement. The left leg works like a lever to engage right leg "kicking" action.

The only accessory is a RyuSoulken.

What aggravated me more than anything is how extensive they were packaged. The soft not-plastic twist ties are all over, but more so on Doomsnake than Red. The worst part is how Red's left leg is bound, as the tie is looped through holes in the foot. I couldn't remove that tie and had to cut it as short as possible so as not to impede balance.

I included an in-package Lightning Collection Psycho Blue for size comparison.
