I really like the continuity, with how everyone (including Ollie, the rational, logical scientist) just treats Power Rangers as an undeniable part of reality. Ollie immediately recognizing their transformations as Power Rangers and matter-of-fact saying that they'll be getting Zords as part of their Ranger arsenal. Not to mention how the original Dino Fury team received their powers straight from the Morphin' Masters. It's much appreciated to have these short nods to the legacy.

Amelia and Ollie had a great dynamic from what we've seen. I can already tell that it'll be fun to see them (along with Zayto, as well as Izzy and Javi when they join up) working together as a team of heroes.

Overall, I liked this episode. Not revolutionary, but we are off to a good start. Still room for things to go downhill in a few episodes, but equal room for this to turn out better than Beast Morphers, and much better than anything in the Neo-Saban era was.

And lastly... was it just me, or did anyone else mishear "Sporix" as "sporks" at first? "Sporks? They're sporks! That's the energy I detected!"
