Quite actually why Ultraman Z was such a refresher for me. Alpha Edge, Beta Smash, and Gamma Future were all interchangeable from one another and weren't straight upgrades of each other. With that in mind, it made Delta Rise's debut that much more impactful since that was THE direct upgrade form, and even then Z went to use some of the other forms still. Some of the medals didn't even grant a form, just a special attack, which I feel was good.
