Cyclonus is pretty perfect in my mind. So compared to him, Primal's not as good to me.. I find his beast mode pretty rough. Robot mode's perfect. So in comparison to Cyclonus who I like all around, that does put him below him. Transformation didn't really wow me, but maybe a bit because I kept comparing it to the Masterpiece and that's not really a fair comparison lol. Buuut since you mentioned Cheetor too, I like him a whole lot more than Cheetor.
