Yeah the concept is nice, for Ryotaro knowing that his body can be too much of a burden to contain the Imagins, and by that he trains himself to become stronger to endure that. I think all the predicament between the Imagin, and Ryotaro for this part, is again fabricated by Hana, who just wants an excuse to kick out the Imagins, which, while plausible, this time's it's not on them, albeit Ryotaro didn't tell them about what he's actually doing (though mainly due to him not being aware of the conflict between Hana and Imagin, and each Imagin). The Imagins here just try for Ryotaro to grant his wish so that they can leave Ryotaro's body for (Hana's) good.

Airi's thing is giving pep-talk to others! Like to ep. 7, ep. 15-16, and also here. It mostly is done to male and works wonders due to... ehem... Airimirers ability she has, but it's done on female here, although she's a close relative to the Nogami family. And also, for Sawada recovering well, do you talk about her physically or psychologically after the monster attack? And for those 2 tropes, the amnesia one is like, done on a good number of Rider series, and those which you like too, like Kabuto's Gon? And the keeping the truth part, if you direct that to Kobayashi, it's also an Inoue thing.
