I'm definitely finding myself a bit more invested now. The show started off rather boring but I'm having a pretty good time now, even if the show isn't super mind blowing or anything. I'm completely paranoid about Hyuuga though, because the dude has some seriously dangerous "Rie/Maria from Jetman" vibes and I freaking hated that. In fact, as soon as I saw him "die" in episode 1 I had a bad feeling things might play out similarly. I'm pretty sure the show will go some sort of predictable BullBlack is the original BullBlack possessing Hyuuga's dying body or something (Hello Ankh!), but I really hope they at least try and surprise me. As for Taketera as the director, I think personally what I like most about him is his willingness to show more usual locations than what most toku shows do. I'm kind of mixed on his fight choreography, but I don't like the stuff in most Sentai in the first place, so I like him quite well in the Sentai he did.

Anyways that tomato episode was amazing, just the kind of goofiness that Sentai excels at.
