The Fall


"Where am I?" Nathan was surrounded by endless black. While worlds, each looking like another Earth, swirled and floated around him. Stepping forward, holding out his hand, Nathan touched one of the worlds and his mind exploded with images. Black RX? Stumbling back, shaking his head clear, Nathan tried touching another. And again his mind erupted with flashing images. "... Fourze." And another. "Stronger." These were Rider Worlds before they merged. But.. why was he here? His answer came from behind him. "You can't give up, Nathan." Nathan stiffened, that voice.. "Tsukasa?"
Turning himself around he couldn't believe his eyes. It was Tsukasa. Purple Camera dangling from his neck, long black coat.. and really strange hair. Yup, it was Tsukasa. "I thought all of this ended? The worlds came together. What went wrong?"
"I did." Tsukasa reached out, touching his world. Sending both he and Nathan down to the ruined streets.. Just outside of the DaiShocker fortress. “A great battle happened known has the Super Hero Taisen. After the battle we all thought we’d won. The Sentai returned home, the Rider worlds were restored. A friend of mine slapped DiEnd around. But we were wrong.. DaiShocker had a final solution. A final plan to make my world theirs. DiEnd stole my card, and DaiShocker took it from him. Changing it with a corrupted card so the next time I became Decade I split into two. My real personality.. and the Destroyer of Worlds. That personality destroyed this world. Told Hyuga how to find the museum and steal the Drivers, the Switches, and how to use them. Created Century. And is in your world right now pulling all of your strings.. That was why he stole the Zector. He plans on using it to go into the future and obtain more power. You have to stop him. You have to give yourself to the Decade Driver completely. It’s the only way to stop this! The Driver knows you don’t want it.. that’s why you could never become the Rider you called on. Give yourself to the Driver and it’ll give you such amazing power. You already did it once without realizing.”
Nathan thought back. “Violent Emotion Complete.”
Tsukasa nodded. “The true Decade. Your anger towards your Father brought about the ultimate Decade, but you need to unlock the power without losing yourself. Accept it’s power, become Decade completely. Or your world will suffer the fate of mine.. and everyone you love will die.”
He didn't have the choice. If he didn't accept his role, if he didn't accept the Driver, everyone would die. The worlds would come together and they would all suffer the fate of Decade's home. He'd lose Sam, he'd lose everything he'd ever worked for.. He couldn't let that happen! He wouldn't let that happen! Gripping the Decade Card tight Nathan slammed it into the Decade Driver appearing around his waist. "I am not losing my home.. HENSHIN!"

The rhythmic beeping from the heart monitor was the only sound inside the expansive recovery room. It was enough to put her to sleep if she hadn't been so worried about losing her fiancé, losing her company, and Century wreaking havoc through the City. So much had gone wrong so quickly. Nathan had almost died, her company had been ransacked, the Decade Driver had been fused, and the Hyper Zector had been stolen. But her biggest problem right now, looking out that window, was the large white object flying straight towards her!
Samantha ducked just in time for the Decade Drive to burst through the shattering window. Coming to an abrupt stop over Nathan’s still unconscious body. Watching in confusion as the Decade Card flew into the slot, the Driver attached to his waist, and the whole mechanism slammed closed. “.. Nathan?”

KAMEN RIDE... DECADE!

VIOLENT EMOTION COMPLETE!

Samantha shielded her eyes from the onslaught of light flooding the room. So much light the room had almost become a beacon. She swore people two states over could see it.. And when it was over, when her eyes finally adjusted, standing before the broken window was Kamen Rider Decade Violent Emotion Complete. The K-Touch fusing against his forearm, his other hand gripping his Booker Buster tight. The Ten Original Cards forming the wings along his shoulders. Not thrusters like last time, they had fused together in two large mechanical bird wings stretching wide behind him. "Nathan...?"
Decade's eyes became emblazoned crimson, almost glowing, as his head turned. Watching Samantha from off his right shoulder. “This is ending now. Ready your Births, I know where Century is, I know who her Boss is.. and they’re both going to die.” Before Samantha could ask the obvious question, What the Hell, Nathan pressed down the Fourze button on his new K-Touch. And selected the form that would get him there the quickest.

KAMEN RIDE... FOURZE ROCKET STATES!

The purple of his armor slowly became Orange. The wings along his back folded down, containing the intense eruption from his thrusters as Decade took flight. Launching himself through the broken shards of tempered glass Decade dodged and weaved between the buildings. keeping himself low while pouring on the speed, so much his shockwave shattered more glass between the skyscrapers. No more second chances, no more doubts. This was going to end.

The grounds from the outside looked like any other industrial park. Office buildings, garages, limited security. The same mass-produced gardening of sod grass and thin trees. But beneath the public face it was so much different. An entire underground installation stretching more than two hundred feet underground and miles across. Beneath, instead of simple mall-cop level security, were armored troopers based on the ZECT designs. But with modified rifle arms to fire different kinds of ammunition. Hangers with APC’s, Assault Aircraft, and more. Including Barracks and endless R&D wings. And Decade could see them all.
But he was tired of circling, tired of spying, it was time to do something.

FINAL ATTACK RIDE!

Ten Cards of Light flew from the Booker while the Booker itself changed shape. Lengthening, becoming a two-handed rifle with four barrels, a brace snapped against his left hand. Supporting the weight of the weapon as Decade took aim. "DARK EMOTION BUSTER!" Squeezing the trigger down the barrels whirred around the central axis, absorbing energies from the world around him. Until, when it reached critical mass, the powerful rifle fired!
The beam of energy struck each card. Becoming more and more powerful as it passed through each, becoming larger and larger. Until it struck through the last card and unleashed it's fullest potential. The ground underneath him erupted in a luminescent dome of purest energy. Decade shielded his eyes as pebbles and bits of debris pinged off his armor. And when the dust, and wind, and carnage settled Decade saw his opening. A massive crater which brought straight through into the secret base beneath. And Decade cut his thrusters falling to the ground below.

Decade landed with a whump in a three point stance on the symbol of DaiShocker imprinted on the Base’s floor beneath him. But as he stood he heard a familiar sound coming from the smoke just infront of him.

KAMEN RIDE... CENTURY!

Century launched herself through the smoke. Catching Decade in the stomach with her shoulder, sending him tumbling backward with her latched on around his waist. They came to a stop against a nearby wall which broke their fall, and Century rose her Booker Sword. Readying a killing blow against Decade.. Only to look down as he pressed his Booker Rifle against her stomach. “Shi..”
Century tried to roll out of the way just as Decade squeezed the trigger, trying to avoid the massive blast. Her scream though told him she hadn’t dodged all of it. Decade pushed his hand against the wall, using it for support to help him stand as he rested the length of the Booker against his shoulder. And confirmed what the scream told him. The blast caught her along the back, he saw naked scorched flesh surrounded by blue armor. He grazed her.. But least he hurt her. “Where is Tsukasa. Tell me and you walk away from this.”
Century growled and came at Decade again. Guess that was his answer. She was injured by still an expert swordsmith, and Decade needed an edge. As it stood now he was just barely holding her off with his Booker. Using the Rifle as a shield against her strikes. That couldn’t last forever. But she was hurt, so she couldn’t last forever either. Lovely hope that. But Decade didn’t need hope, he had an idea.

KAMEN RIDE... HIBIKI!

The Booker split itself into two pieces as Decade through it skyward, kicking Century in the stomach to buy himself some room. Enough the Booker changed into two batons as Decade caught them. His armor becoming a stronger purple, red, and white, as he lunged himself towards her. Using the drumming technique against wherever on her he could strike. Striking her stomach, against her helmet, down along her sides. As she continued to lose ground, grunting and cringing with each strike Decade forced against her. Until pulling the Booker Batons back he charged their energy.. and unleashed a quick firing fire attack against Century sending her flying through a nearby wall and into the tech labs behind.
Decade walked through the hole. Watching as Scientists and Guards all scrambled out of the room. And Century was laying there, trying to regain herself. But he wasn’t finished yet. Not by a long shot.

KAMEN RIDE.. DECADE!

Decade became himself again, the Booker returning to it’s Sword form. Unfortunately for him.. Century wasn’t finished yet either.

KAMEN RIDE... LEO ZODIARTS!

Decade’s eyes widened, watching her change into Leo. He leapt back but to late to avoid those massive claws along her forearms, catching him in the stomach. Ripping open his armor to expose the now bleeding skin underneath. Nathan cried out, holding the wound with his left forearm. It wasn’t deep.. but damn that hurt. Decade growled!

KAMEN RIDE... FOURZE ELEK STATES!

The Booker erupted in electric energy as Decade’s armor became Gold, White, with Black trim. And again he was on the attack. Leo and Decade trading blows, neither one landing a direct strike against the other. But neither giving ground either. She’d swipe at him, he’d dodge and try his luck. Sending electric waves through the room destroyed walls and equipment around them. The gunshots behind him drew his attention though.

KAMEN RIDE... ONE MILLION VOLT SURGE!

Decade spun himself unleashing a powerful shockwave from his glowing blade. The strike missed the blocking Century, only sending her sliding along the smooth floor. But the ZECTroopers trying to assault him all fell. Writhing in pain from the electric shock, while their weapons exploded around their hands breaking them open.
And she was already on the attack. Slashing at Decade Elek, trying to break him down. But Nathan danced around each swipe. Avoiding them best he could. This needed to end... Now.

KAMEN RIDE... WIZARD FIRE! HI HI HIHIHIHI!

Flames engulfed Decade, surrounding him in a column so brought Leo shielded herself back. Crying out from the intense heat assaulting her. Decade stepped through the flames donning a long black sleeveless coat, with his Booker matching the Sword form of Wizard’s.

RIDER KICK PLEASE!
FINAL ATTACK RIDE.. BIG RIDER KICK PLEASE!

Decade Wizard launched himself skyward in the massive room while Century watched on. Slicing her claws against themselves, sharpening them, she readied herself to block the attack even as Decade Wizard flung himself towards her! A symbol glyph formed around his knee, creating a special aura that made his foot twelve times larger even as it erupted in flames.
The Rider Kick struck against her blades. Each Rider pushing against the other, neither giving the other a chance to gain the advantage. But there was only so much Century could do. She screamed as the injury to her back gave in, her feet sliding along the ground underneath..

The explosion ripped through the entire complex. Shaking it down into it’s core, as evacuation orders blared over the PA system. Fire warnings and countermeasures going off all around the base. Through the smoke though a figure appeared, using their sword as a support to help them stand upright.. Nathan grunted. Leaning himself against a nearby support. His entire right arm was exposed, the armor tore away during the explosion. More tore away in gashes here and there, including his helmet. Exposing his right eye beneath. But he wasn’t finished yet. Tsukasa was in here somewhere.
Nathan moved through the halls slowly. Looking through each room he came across while people scattered around him, all trying to escape the collapsing base. But there, in the main hanger, walking calmly towards his transport... Tsukasa. Hands clasped behind his back, wearing his DaiShocker leather. And he just turned, and smiled. “False Decade, so you’ve come. Century’s dead then? Mm. Sayo was always expendable, shame you killed her though.” Sayo? Decade turned towards the ruins of the labs... Sayo. He just destroyed Tsukasa’s sister. But he never saw her fight like that before.. what did he do to her? To his own sister?!
Growling Decade gripped the Booker tight, drawing himself up. Forcing himself to stand upright. “This ends here, Tsukasa. I know how powerful you are.. but you don’t know how determined I am.” Tsukasa changed. Becoming the original Decade as Nathan prepared his final assault. Ripping the K-Touch off his arm he slapped it down against his Booker..

KAMEN RIDE.. ULTIMATE ATTACK RIDE!

The Booker flung itself open. Unleashing every card from inside, every Rider back through every era of Decade appearing around him. Ichigo, Stronger, Riderman, Amazon, Hibiki, Den-O, Wizard, and every Rider in-between. And each one, including Nathan, launched themselves up. Took aim and unleashed each and every Rider Kick at once! As they approached Tsukasa they began to emerge. One after another they formed into Decade, increasing his speed, increasing his power, until Wizard was absorbed and Decade erupted in fire and the combined power of all of them struck Tsukasa!
Tsukasa brought his own Booker up. Blocking the attack, pushing back the onslaught of Decade but even then he was sliding back before stepping forward. “Think I can be beaten so easily?” Decade growled. “I know you can! Full Ride!” The Decade Driver opened exploding in bright white light, adding all of the energy Nathan had ever stored inside and erupting in magnificent energy...

Samantha looked down at the carnage underneath her and her heart sank. Her First Response Team was already on sight, pulling out wounded, putting down anyone still stupid enough to fight against them. Searching for any sign of Decade. So far all they found was the Decade Driver which she held right in her left hand. The Driver was destroyed. Missing the front casing, the right side was completely blown away, and the whole thing was scorched from the destruction it unleashed. There wasn’t enough of the Booker left to even bring back.. And no sign of Nathan.
Tsukasa’s body they found though. Put into cold storage and taken back to the lab, while her tech boys went over what was left of his computer core. Century was still alive. Being prepped for emergency surgery, but she’d survive. They found a control chip on her spine which explained how Sayo became a relentless killing machine. It must’ve been destroyed during the fight, least that’s what her men told her who pulled her out.
She knew she couldn’t search forever. The military wanted in to claim whatever she didn’t and find out how someone built this beneath the city without one damn person needed. .. “This is Samantha. We’re pulling out and letting the Military in. Take what we can carry, scrub anything relating to the identity of Decade, Century, and Tsukasa. Arm One Protocol.”
“Commander?!”
“This is Samantha, Go Ahead.”
“We found someone, need immediate medivac! Repeat, we have a survivor!”
Samantha stepped down from inside the Chinook Helicopter, pushing her way through to the men bringing up someone on a gurney.. “Nathan?! How is he?!” The Medical Personnel continued running for the chopper, stabilizing him along the way. “He’ll survive, Ma’am. He took alot of damage but the armor saved his life, he needs surgery now.”

Nathan wouldn’t wake for three weeks after the assault. And wouldn’t be back on his feet for another two months after that. The Decade Driver was lost, destroyed when it pressed against Tsukasa’s energy. Sayo survived. She now works with Samantha to use the Tech stolen by Hyuga to better mankind. The base itself was covered up by the military, passed off as an industrial explosion.
Nathan and Samantha finally got married. Nathan opening another restaurant in Japan, and Sam opening a Branch of her Company in Tokyo. Sayo took over the US division. Not that everything was quiet, though....

Recovered Tech Wing

Alarms blared, echoing between the smooth white walls. Joining the chorus of armored feet rushing towards the scene. The armored Births stacked up, breeched the door, rushed in two by two and took positions. “Turn around slow, put your hands above your head!” The thief slowly walked out from the whisps of smoke. His bare hand moving through his blonde hair. "This belongs to me." The guards all raised ther guns as he displayed his gloved hand. It looked alive.. Crimson blending with green, black, and yellow. With two wings just off the wrist. "Put the Driver down! Now!"
