Gonna be honest, Gaon is my least favorite of the Zenkaigers, this episode only furthering it for me.

It's no secret Gaon is biased with his preference with humans over kikainoids, but this episode was pretty intolerable to me, especially the beginning part. And I'm not thoroughly satisfied with how they resolve it, too, prolly cuz it has to share focus with Stacy and would probably sidelined later for not-Gokai Gold.

Zyuran brings up a lot of points I agree with and I'm not sure it was satisfactory to me that it was 'resolved' with the old lady (forgot her name lol) saying "He trusts you, cuz he's Kikainoid too." and Kaito's "Oh, you really think them as your comrades then!"

Gaon's whole bias thing gets sidelined to make it so it's about him protecting Stacy and failing to fight the Gorangers, when I think it should've been more about why he's such pain towards other Kikainoids.

Well, I liked the episode anyway still. Just didn't like Gaon here. Maybe there's something I'm not getting, or maybe they'll touch up on this later, cuz EP 7 is still an early number, but it's just what I felt.
