Yeah, I recall Arakawa specifically asked Inoue to write the Jetman tribute episode. Which is super fitting since Jetman was the first Sentai Arakawa wrote on.

To add more detail to this, he was working on three different anime shows throughout 2016. I'm amazed he even had time to write 5 episodes of Zyuohger.
