You are tasked with re-casting an old toku show from the 20th century that will be REMADE SCENE-BY-SCENE. Who do you cast?

RULES
1. Don't just give a name, give us AT LEAST one reason why, you chose that person for a reason.

2. Don't give us a whole elevator pitch of what the story is gonna be, again a scene-by-scene remake. Just give us who would be a good pick in your opinion for which show as who and why.

3. As the thread title suggests, 20th century toku only, please. I was considering up to 2010 but 20th century seems like a nice cutoff. Shows that started airing or was screened in theaters in Japan circa 2001 and onwards are not acceptable.

4. If you wanna do just one character that is fine. If you wanna do more that is fine too.
