There are a few places you can try.

Storefronts like TFSource and TransformerLand are pretty solid. Both are really good about making sure you know what you're getting, and TFSource allows for alerts if you're looking for something they're out of stock on. Of the two, TransformerLand has a lot more RID 2001 stuff right now.

The main thing I'd suggest, though, is the TFW2005 B/S/T thread. I was looking to build out a collection a few years back, and I was able to get nearly everything I was looking for, at really good prices. (Plus, it's nice to know you're getting it from another fan.) Totally worth a search to see if you can score some deals.
