Either the name is Kamen Rider Sho, which means Victory in Japanese, or it is written as Sho but read Victory which is not uncommon in Japan when naming things cause sometimes they would write it out in Japanese but read it like it was an English word.
That said, the first words are Kamen Rider Sho/Victory Victory Blitz Artifact. Assuming this is the default form I guess Artifact is the term for the forms and the gimmick involved will be something like Double or Build.
The next rider name below Sho/Victory is Kamen Rider TheLost and the form name is supposedly KANTAMUMUSANGEYSER? Hmm, either whoever posted this could not make out the words because blurry images, etc. or it really is a clutter of whatever.

So maybe going with the times where staying at home for everything is a thing the next rider is someone who... protects houses? A security guard-themed Kamen Rider perhaps?
