B) The identity and ownership of the property becomes misleading and reflects poorly on the original creator. Example: Cheap knock-offs of Figuarts that are sold as genuine and give people a bad impression of the Figuarts line causing lost sales.

Intellectual Property rights are as complex as they come, but they boil down to protecting the creators. They don't always line up with the way fans consume content, but at the end of the day, they are truly necessary, especially in today's society in which non-tangible goods are incorrectly considered low-value/free and decentralized of ownership.
