This is what I like about the moment too, beyond the fact that I am naturally inclined towards Onyanko Club; I think it is a very fine art to add in these little human foibles to the portrayal of characters who are very notably inhuman, it grounds them and makes them believable in that we can see the connexion between us and them and that's a very powerful storytelling tactic.

And, yeah, you know, it's also really funny, agreed; it's unexpected and silly, and it works really, really well.
