Then I'll adjust my guesses to:

1. Mutou (Build), or someone new
I still feel like they might do a new writer. If I were to make a total shot in the dark guess I'd say Hiroki Uchida who was a two episode guest writer for Saber, might have been to test the waters, see what audiences thought? Yeah no, I doubt it, but I gotta have at least some wild guesses still

2. Takahashi (Ex-Aid/Zero-One)
Toei seems to just love this guy, and I liked both his shows a lot, I know ex-aid is a bit divisive, but I like his over the top and stylized vibe

3. Another Fukuda (Saber/Ghost) situation
Not literally Fukuda, what I mean is Fukuda is a writer I did not think would ever get a second series, even though I honestly like Ghost, it just had too many problems so I didn't expect him to come back. They could toss in a total curveball and give us the last person we'd expect. Maybe Kento Shimoyama (Zi-O), or Tsuyoshi Kida (Hibiki/Wizard)? Or maybe neither, but just a weird "Huh, who could have predicted that?" style choice. I think this option would probably be a huge mistake, I just think it's a possible huge mistake for Toei. This is probably my last really wild guess.

Is Inoue busy these days? He did work on a couple episodes of Zi-O, and he did the very recent Zi-O specials.... Still I just doubt his return too much for him to make my list, but it did cross my mind so I thought I might as well mention it.
