Recently yeah it's mid to late July.

We had a few visual images of Zero-One but it wasn't until just before the press conference officially announced the series. These were mostly toy catalogue scans though, which we don't really get anymore. This was around July 11th, but nothing official until the press conference on July 17th.

For Saber we got telibi-kun scans just a tiny bit before the press conference, but that was about it. The scans were July 26th, then the press conference was literally three days later on July 29th

Basically by the time we're likely to see anything it'll be July and the press conference will be a few days away.

Since we don't get toy scans these days, it's also possible they could hold the press conference before any magazines go out this year which would mean we really might not see anything until the press conference. But that would require very good planning on toei's part to pull that off, so I imagine it's more likely we'll see something from the magazines early

Outside of visuals tho pretty much all of saber's initial toy wave was leaked before the show but it was just names and descriptions no images. So certainly something like that is possible.
