- When it comes to retail SHFs, they are literally one of two options, so there's not much of a choice in the matter

- That's their only actual problem? If you're not pre-ordering a retail SHF then the rest of their service runs smoothly, the shipping's decent, they have a fantastic pre-owned section, it's easy to cancel with them and they have the occasional good sale. Obviously their server issues for retail SHF Ultras and Riders is bad but otherwise it's a good site
