That is totally my viewpoint, especially considering some of the dialogue from the dub of the specific series I originally recommended.

“(Internal) Maybe I can bluff him. (External) That’s exactly my plan. (Internal) I never was good at bluffing.”

“I sold your entire comic collection to buy film.” “But digital cameras don’t use film.” Don’t you think I realise that now?”

“Oh look at that, I made an offensive play. That’s why they call this Duel Monsters and not Solitaire Monsters.”

“We’re looking for a guy named Bohman.” “Does he have a bow?” “No, but he does have rock hard abs.” “I think I’d remember someone like that, even if he had a bow.”

“Ai, you are special…” “I’m listening.” “Unique in every possible way…” “Go on.” “Because you are the laziest, most self-absorbed AI that has ever existed.” “Say what?”

“If you’d told me last week we’d be teaming up with the Knights of Hanoi (the arch enemies of the two characters in the conversation), I’d have told you to write more realistic fanfiction.” “So would I.”

“I’m sending you to jail. Because you belong in an orange jumpsuit, not a white sweat shirt.” “Sorry, orange isn’t my colour.”
