Part of the reason is probably to compensate for the increase in paint apps. As for the acessories, she actually does have more than the original Wave 2 release(even if only a little). In the place of the unhelmetted head is the Blade Blaster in both its holstered and blade modes, and again, what accessories are shared seem to have more paint to them.

It's not ideal at all, as I agree that it should be the same price as the standard release if not only a dollar or two more, but I still prefer it to the original.
