Kamen Rider Ichigo and Nigo fought one like that. The writers were clever and wrote that instead of that Kaijin exploding after getting Double Rider Kicked,he just melted into blood while he was in the river.Since blood is what mosquitos drink and so his body would of course be full of blood. Not enough credit is given to that scene.
But more related to Kamen Rider Black, I wonder if a mosquito Kaijin really would need blood to sustain itself or does it need to eat that red fruit like the rest of the Gorgom Kaijin?Hmm...
