I think it's more that she's using the Bloody Rose as a metaphor for Otoya trying to please other people, fulfill other people's expectations. The Bloody Rose is him manifesting all of himself into the world, rather than working through someone else's vessel. She's basically telling him that he is wasting himself trying to be anything other than Otoya, and that includes being Yuri's boyfriend.
