Yeah it's so strange, there's something about them that just doesn't scream "rider" to me.

Like, the design for the one in front is pretty much doing the same thing Build's did (albeit using pink instead of red), he's got the compound eyes, and even silver antennas (sorta) and yet...

Maybe it's just that I'm not seeing the full-body shot of him with the clunky belt hanging off his waist?

The one in the back somehow looks more "rider"-ish to me, I think due to their face having a more "typical" rider look?

It's hard for me to put to words, but if anyone has the time, try comparing the "face" of the dark blue one with some other riders like; Amazon Omega, Beast, Kuuga Dragon, Vulcan, or OOO Latoratar, and you'll see what I mean.
