No, it's not. If it is, then Netflix would've picked up some of the recent Ultraman, Super Sentai, Kamen Rider, and Ultraman series from the last 2 years in the same manner it's picking up K-dramas and anime. I don't see that happening. And Shout Factory TV doesn't have the same mainstream reach that Netflix and Amazon Prime has. That's why K-dramas, C-dramas including wuxia dramas has also been gaining popularity in the US amongst non-hardcore fans.

I've already said this on one of my previous posts. Tokusatsu has not seen a jump in viewership in the US like K-drama and anime are getting.
