Oh, shit, I'm so sorry to hear that. That is an incredibly unexpected expense!

God knows you probably don't need strangers on the internet giving you advice or offering solutions (everyone who doesn't run a business thinks they can fix how you run your business), but, like what are your options? I can't imagine a $22k increase is going to make shipping anything even close to worthwhile, but is it a shipment you can skip at this point? How locked in are you?
