I always found this part super interesting, but it also makes a lot of sense? I mean for as dire as the Neko Megid is with it being attached to Mei, it's just a standard Human Fused Megid that we've seen around the late teens/early twenties. So it would have felt kind of lame having Rintaro get a new upgrade to help when there's already a clear cut method of how he can help via glowy sword.

It also just makes a good send off for King Lion Dai Senki even though I seriously wished they paired it up more with Dragonic Knight.
