That's an obsession strictly driven by 2000s social medias era grown-ups interested into digging into anyone's background to search for any tiny (or big in his case, no belittling it) bad moves someone does.

Not saying his attitude should be overlooked. That's a bad example and he should not do that.
But c'mon raising forks and saying "I don't want him in the show" ? from a community full of nobodies (including myself in it) watching shows illegally ? That takes the cake.

I hope for people being disgusted to the point they don't want to watch the show (totally fine with that. That's the right attitude to protest actually) that they won't dig too much into any show or movie they liked from when social medias didn't exist. Because they'll be flabbergasted by all the stuff they find about the actors or producer or I don't know who that were role models before

I believe this can be easily summed up the saying "Don't ask questions you don't want/like the answers to."
