Denji Sentai Megaranger vs Carranger

It's been awhile since I've seen this crossover, but what I remember is that it's dumb fun! I'm somewhat sad that P.R. didn't adapt any of this, cause it had potential.

Helmedor's plot isn't much different from Exhaus cause Exhaus wanted to build a grand space highway where accidents happen constantly, but the Earth was in the way so he wanted it blown up! Helmedor also strikes me as inspiration for Sanbash in Gingaman, given that the two are meant to emulate hardcore bikers! The idea of enlarging with your own bike will never be topped! By the way, where did that damn bike go for the final battle anyway? It wasn't shown being destroyed!

It is a shame that Gynamo didn't reappear. It would've been nice if he had contributed to Helmedor's defeat by saying something like "I know that guy. He's even crazier than Exhaus was! I'll help you beat him down!"

If Shibolena can control Carranger, why wasn't this skill used in the Megaranger series?

Bad guys making deals and then betraying your allies isn't surprising.

The MegaTector honestly doesn't look all that bad. I just feel as though they could've displayed its armor qualities more.

It makes sense that Helmedor had to be helped when he was enlarged since he took the final attack earlier with the monsters. If you've been defeated by Rangers, you probably are going to need help to grow.

I never found the English versions of the themes to be an issue! I find them amusing and entertaining. I think, in years past, I played the battle, Post-MegaTector Debut, just to hear the song!

I think the fights are probably more entertaining than the actual story, given the gaps in the story, but it's still meant to be dumb fun...and it is in the long run!
