I'm now kind of disappointed that there's not a scene of this in Zero-One apart from maybe Raiden confronting Horobi. Like, a scene or two with Aruto and Horobi thinking about stuff before heading out to fight, or Fuwa contemplating before facing off against Zero Two.

honestly any series that has as many riders as saber does(or even less than half) would benefit from this SO god damn much. it's easy to fit in and most importantly it's a "show but don't tell" kind of situation that shows like this DESPERATELY need. you do not need entire arcs to show individual characterization. you don't need the cast to say their dumb cheesy ass lines for the audience to acknowledge them and how far they've come.

there's no way revice could possibly have a scene like this due to its premise and dynamic(still would welcome it ofc) but god damn our future series really need to take a note from this. it almost feels not kamen rider-like to me at all.

I think the last moment that vaguely reminded me of this was drive, but that's still pretty different in a lot of ways including the fact it didn't occur at the end of the episode.

anyways sorry to gush but that whole moment felt SO 2000s to me, so I'm probably just feeling nostalgic as fuck.
