For the aesthetics of Ultraman W, well unfortunately I haven't have an idea on what he would look like as I couldn't draw, but I have concepts of what his forms will be.

The Ultramen of the W series has forms called "izfors" and all if their forms begin with the letter of their name. All of them transforms using the Izfor Spark.

Thus Ultraman W would have your standard sets of New Generation forms, which are follows:

Ultraman W izfor Warrior (main, strength based form, fights like a kickboxer to parallel AlphaEdge's martial arts)
Ultraman W izfor Wing (speed based form)
Ultraman W izfor Wizard (psychic based form ala Gamma Future)
Ultraman W izfor Wraith (super form, Genm Zombie-ish)
Ultraman W izfor Warmaster (final form)
Ultraman W izfor Wonderful (movie form)

Ultraman V, the main antagonist also has his own izfor forms:

Ultraman V izfor Vanguard main form, black and yellow colored
Ultraman V izfor Vengeance (final form, debuted in episode 21 but was defeated by episode 23)

Towards the end of the series Ultraman V creates a new Ultra, restarting their sister called Ultrawoman U, she was based on Ultraman himself. She is the final "villain" of the series, as she had no control on herself and was programmed to kill W and his siblings.

But that's not all! Ultraman Z and Haruki Natsukawa would also aid Ultraman W directly, just like how his master Zero did with Geed, and he also has his own izfor form:
