Time to describe the Ultramen's personality. Since he's a newly created Ultra, W is very childlike, innocent and gullible. To the ppint when he was supposed to pick a human host, he originally chose a deliquent bully just because the bully seems strong.

Despite technically being their older brother, W naturally treats X, Y, Z as his seniors. His relationship with Z in particular is like two brothers always picking on each other, and Haruki would joke that Z is a bad influence on W. However X and Y would be almost parental to him, although Y is a little bit annoyed since she feels like an old woman.

His growth as a person is what defines his character, especially during the middle of the series where he develops jealousy, accidentally causes something bad and experience the loss of innocence, but eventually grows up to be a better person.

So I guess the theme of Ultraman W is, 'pain promotes growth'?

Oh, and every Ultra would have their own catchphrase, with W being "W izfor Winner!" which also doubles as the theme song of the series.

Ultraman V is impulsive, unhinged and full of insecurity simply because he's a failed prototype. Think of Kylo Ren as an Ultraman. Also, to demonstrate his imperfections, while he is stronger than W, he would always be accompanied by a fellow Kaiju to compensate for his weakness and at times the Kaijus would end up becoming his unwilling shield whenever V is prone to defeat.

V also has his own catchphrase: "V izfor Victorious" but a running gag would often involve him saying that very early and when Ultraman W and Z thwarted his plans, his colleagues would call him out for it.

Oh since she technically doesn't exist in canon yet, Ultrawoman Y is like a young confident and sassy woman, basically an older sister to parallel Ultrawoman Grigio's younger sister archetype.
