Bioman and Flashman aren't really like that though. Their powers are both of alien origin and they don't work for military or any organization at all. Even the Sentai that fit the description better like Goggle V, Ohranger and Gobusters use "extreme" assets like ancient civilization magic and mutation to empower the heroes.
