I forgot you-know-who had a gimmick of summoning the most psychotic Riders to try and kill Decade.

I guess one thing I can also appreciate about the show is that even when the secondary Rider didn't actually appear in their respective AR World they did end up making cameos.

As an anime fan, Kivala being voiced by Miyuki Sawasahiro is pretty awesome.
