The one that would've got more complaints, again iirc is Touma... which happens to have Ghost writer involved in Saber iirc.

I like Makoto, especially on his first episodes, a neat rival to Takeru. Though, his thing with the Makoto clones dragged a bit.

But I think that's fine, considering his V-cinema and all. Tho, the experience for others was probably odd unlike me who binged Ghost.

Oh.. for morally grey ones like Makoto at the beginning, it'd be ok for them to not develop... ('especially on his first episodes') As a series that seems to touch moral even more than probably others, it'd be expected for him to change even more than other Rider series, as an influence Takeru gives to him (though it's more like Makoto changing to his original self), and the change would've been done even faster than most of other secondary Riders, though this can be a complaint for Ghost to proceed through things too quickly with Takeru gaining Eyecon wish for only 12 episodes. For Alain talk... Makoto loses many times too btw, that he got grounded 77 times. Alain's arc is something that generally loved among Ghost fans or detractors... though I hope this won't be a petition that everything had to start out bad like Alain for a hero.

They didn't do much for me, Onari gave me a few bits of chuckles though and it's always great when he's actually played in a serious scene. Akari was really annoying at the start with her 'muh science' stuff but oh well.

I loved Onari's scenes with Javert, and it makes me appreciate Javert's appearance in Saber x Ghost all the more. Was nice to have Javert go from a chained warrior to a free man, able to let loose and be similar to Onari.

How about Akari? She can be too annoying at the first few of episodes (including to me), but she's one of the most useful non-Riders to directly involve herself and get inventions that solve their problems. Though yeah.. being scientist, this'd be expected, and it'd be unfair to bash on civilian characters who aren't scientists (or fighters) as useless, either this series or not.

Adel, Igor, and the Ganmaizers infuriate me so much. It's baffling that Igor and Adel stay around the show so much and basically amounted to nothing! Igor could've been killed early on and have someone else do the stuff. He does nothing, really.

Adel's probably a weak point (still subjective), but I'd say Adel's a reminder about how being a villain and possessing unpleasant traits doesn't guarantee a great character (or story, or such), like for those who talk down Takeru's moral as something that made him bland. There's a logic behind Ganmaizer's defeat at the hand of Ghost Mugen, the Ganmaizars are like computers following their programming. Ghost Mugen Damashii forces the Ganmaizers into an infinite loop when he defeats them, causing them to break down for good as they cannot process it. It also explains why the Ganmaizers need Adel to combat Mugen Damashii. Adel isn't a program so he can't get caught into an infinite loop like the Ganmaizers can. Igor is kinda the comic relief of the villains, probably a counterpart for Onari. I know that Takeru's about redeeming others and helping them emotionally, but I'd think Adel's redemption is too forced and quick.
