One thing I want to point out is that this is the first instance of Diend summons being the real riders. Since majority of time there just dummies with no real character behind them. It inconsistent and it just happens on occasion. On that note Psyga definitely not voice by his original actor Peter Ho however Ixa is voiced Nago himself, Though unfortunately neither actors have been credited. There is a theory that delves into the how and into why this happened. The answer is simple Ganbarizing the Cardass Arcade Game that laucehnched with Decade. Nago/Ixa voice here could simply taken straight from the games files as some sort weird tie in to the game and wasn’t credited as a result. As for Psyga again he isn’t voice by the original actor because he obviously has completely different accent and well the general idea is just some of Diend summons can talk.
