Also, JK5201, an account on DeviantArt who uses Photoshop to create his own Kamen Rider designs, created this concept for a Triceratops Genome for Revice which combines the Triceratops with Saber Dragonic Knight.

I mean, this works for a Kamen Rider Saber-based Form. Even if it may not be on the oil painting at the beginning of the Kamen Rider Revice Show, this surprisingly works. And it uses the sword blade and turns it into one of the horns.
