You quoted my explanation of how it works in this show, then ignored it completely. No one turns the monster in Shinkenger giant. It's an innate part of their biology. You kill them, they become big. Only exceptions are thing that have altered or taxed their biology in some way.

They could have handwaved it in this case, but they just ignore it instead.
