I don't know if I see it that way? Tsukasa definitely understands people's pain; every other episode ends with him talking up someone's ability to persevere in the face of hardship, or fight no matter the cost, or etc etc etc. He gets that folks might have it hard, even if he doesn't visibly empathize with them. He's not, like,
