The inu, kiji, saru of the names are not references to onepiece just to the original three animal companions of momotaro.

Also the kanji used here for baku aparentely besides explosion/burst can also be used as lol for some reason.

If you google images the kanji by itself you get a lot of bakugou,bakugan,bayblade and chinese p*** images. One of these things is not like the others.
